David P. Jenkins pays Back Taxes

Col. David Jenkins homesteaded the area around the Spokane Courthouse, but by 1893 he lost a lot of money in the panic and had trouble paying his taxes, so this article is good news as he is getting back on his feet and paying the back taxes.
